
Strawberry and Coconut Verrine
A dessert that combines elegance and flavor, combining the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of Madrugada coconut in perfect layers.
Ideal for surprising your guests and celebrating special moments with a touch of sophistication.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Madrugada strawberry gelatine
- 1 box of Madrugada coconut pudding
- ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries for decoration
- Coconut shavings (optional)
- 1 box of whipped cream
Directions:
Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the strawberry gelatine. Set aside some fresh strawberries and distribute them in the bottom of the bowls. Then pour the gelatine on top. Refrigerate for about 40 minutes or until firm.
While the gelatine cools, prepare the coconut pudding following the instructions on the packet.
Assembly:
Once the gelatine is firm, pour the still warm coconut pudding on top (make sure it's not hot so as not to melt the gelatine).
Refrigerate for 1 hour (or until the pudding is firm)
Finish with whipped cream, coconut shavings and sliced strawberries
Madrugada tips:
For a more sophisticated effect, leave the bowls tilted when you refrigerate the gelatine. As soon as it sets, add the coconut pudding (already warm) to fill.
