Chocolate pudding with coffee

The perfect combination of two classics that never go out of fashion: chocolate and coffee.


This recipe takes the traditional Madrugada Chocolate Pudding to a new level, creating a sophisticated dessert that dialogues with the contemporary palate.


Ideal for those seeking intense flavors and moments of pure gastronomic pleasure.

Ingredients:

- 1 box of Madrugada Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons instant instant coffee
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:

Separate ½ cup of white chocolate and set aside for finishing.

Prepare the Madrugada Chocolate Pudding according to the instructions on the package, mixing the milk and instant coffee.

Once cooked, turn off the heat and add the reserved white chocolate, stirring well until melted and incorporated into the cream.

Distribute the mixture into individual bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.

Finish with shavings or pieces of the remaining white chocolate and serve chilled!
