
Bread with Yerba Mate
A soft and aromatic bread, enriched with our special Madrugada herb, which brings all the gaucho tradition to your table.
Perfect to accompany a cozy breakfast or a snack that unites past and present in every slice.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 tablespoon dry biological yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of Madrugada yerba mate
- 3 cups of wheat flour (approximately)
Directions:
Mix everything together, starting with the liquids.
Then gradually add the yerba mate and flour until it's just right.
Knead, let rise, shape the loaves and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
And that's it.
